These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Lunafina’s website and services. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Lunafina provides professional consulting services in systems engineering, ERP optimization, business process improvement, and custom software solutions. All services are advisory, technical, and implementation-support based, depending on the scope agreed with each client.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for the execution of services. Delays or incorrect data provided by the client may impact delivery timelines and outcomes.
Each engagement is defined by a specific scope of work agreed upon prior to initiation. Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised agreement and additional fees.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all methodologies, frameworks, and consulting materials developed by Lunafina remain the intellectual property of Lunafina until full payment is completed. Upon payment completion, deliverables explicitly defined in the scope are transferred to the client.
Payment terms are defined per project or engagement. Invoices must be paid according to agreed deadlines. Lunafina reserves the right to suspend services in case of non-payment.
Lunafina shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its consulting services, including but not limited to system downtime, data loss, or business interruption.
While Lunafina applies best practices in systems and process optimization, specific business outcomes cannot be guaranteed due to external factors beyond control.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information exchanged during the course of the engagement.
Either party may terminate an engagement with prior written notice, subject to settlement of any outstanding payments for services already rendered.
