This Refund Policy applies to all consulting, advisory, and systems services provided by Lunafina. Due to the customized nature of our services, specific refund conditions apply as outlined below.
Lunafina provides professional consulting services in systems engineering, ERP optimization, and business process improvement. All services are tailored to each client’s specific requirements and agreed scope of work.
Due to the intellectual and customized nature of our work, payments made for services are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes research, analysis, system design, or consulting activities already initiated.
If a client requests cancellation before work has started, partial or full refunds may be considered depending on the resources already allocated and administrative costs incurred.
For active projects, refunds are not available for work already completed. Clients will be invoiced for all services delivered up to the point of cancellation.
Refund requests may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as failure to deliver agreed services as defined in the project scope.
Unauthorized chargebacks are considered a breach of these terms and may result in suspension of services and legal review if necessary.
